At the heart of the Castle, the former henhouse is transformed into an unexpected place: Il Pollaio, a secret retreat dedicated to regeneration and quietude. Inspired by the symbol of the egg – the original form and a promise of rebirth – the space welcomes guests into an intimate setting, where wellbeing is expressed through rituals, silence and gestures of care. Completing the experience is Il Giardino di Flora, dedicated to Simonetta Giustiniani, a noble ancestor of the family that owns the Castle. Within the greenhouse, herbal infusions and wines produced on the estate invite moments of slowness and contemplation, in dialogue with the history and nature of the place then to regenerate the soul and spirit with a walk through the labyrinth of the Castello di Gabiano, a historic monument that represents one of the very rare documented examples of a labyrinth within the context of historic gardens in Piedmont.
